Welcome to an action-packed and challenging dance course for those who wish to further develop their dancing and take the next step. Here you will have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge, challenge yourself, and grow together with the group at a faster pace.
Under the guidance of dance educator Therese Didrick, you will develop your strength, flexibility, rhythm, and technique, and explore various dance styles, including jazz, modern dance, street, and show. We will also work on your own creations, where you will have the opportunity to enhance your creativity and personal expression in dance.
Target Group
Level 2 is suitable for those with prior dance experience who want to be challenged and develop further. You need to have a strong desire to learn and move forward. The pace is higher than in the lower levels and thus requires you to participate regularly to keep up with the group's development.
Course Structure
The group trains once a week on Thursdays from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at Bobergshallen in Ånge, and one Sunday a month from 5:00 PM to 7:15 PM at Ålsta in Fränsta. The Sunday meetings take place on September 13, October 11, and November 8. The course concludes with a dance show on Sunday, November 29, at Medborgarhuset in Ånge. A dress rehearsal for the performance will take place on November 28.
Instructor
Therese Didrick. She has been teaching dance since 2009 and has been working with ABF in Ånge since 2024.
Registration
Once you have registered and received a booking confirmation, your place is secured. More information and an invoice will be sent out before the course starts. The last date for cancellation without charge is September 6; after that, the full participation fee will apply.
